Inklings keeps what makes a bullet journal work: a page a day, a bullet for each line, and a choice about what carries on. Typing adds what paper can't. You can search it, take it to all your devices, and let Inklings draw your lists. What you give up is the handwriting.
Your journal is plain text, the kind you could write on paper. Save a copy any time, take it anywhere, or bring it back here.
Writing works in your browser with no account. To sync across your devices and share, subscribe: $5.99 a month or $49.99 a year, with 14 days free first.
Inklings is a web app (PWA). Add it to your home screen, no app store needed. It opens like an app, in its own window, and works offline. On an iPhone, open it in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Do this on an iPhone especially: Safari clears what a site keeps after 7 days unopened, and the home screen app keeps it.
No. Open Inklings and write. Your journal is kept in your browser. An account is only for sync and sharing, which is what the subscription covers.
Your journal is encrypted in transit. It isn't end-to-end encrypted, so our server could read it. We look at a journal only when you ask us to, and only for that request. Every look is logged. No ads, and we don't sell or share your data. The details are on the privacy page.
Your journal is plain text, kept on your device. Save a copy any time from Settings; it opens in any text editor, and Inklings can bring it back.
You keep writing on every device. Sync pauses until you subscribe again. If your plan ends, collections shared with you stay readable. The rest is on the pricing page.
